Shipping policy

At Bite and Bark, we ensure that your order arrives efficiently and safely. All our shipments are made through FedEx or USPS. Generally, orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days from the order date, though this timeframe may vary depending on the recipient's location. Orders received on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please feel free to contact us.

 

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you find any defects in a product (and it is not due to packaging damage), please take a photo or video of the issue and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can do this by sending an email to biteandbarkmx@gmail.com or a direct message on Instagram to @biteandbarkmx. Be sure to include a description and images of the defect. If we have not responded within 4-5 business days, please send us a direct message on Instagram to ensure your inquiry is addressed.


What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you notice that an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the received items and the packaging, along with your name and order number, by email to biteandbarkmx@gmail.com or through a direct message on Instagram. We are committed to resolving any issues as soon as possible.
